Absolutely amazing, clean place with absolutely fantastic and fantastic staff who was one of the sweetest person we got to meet on our trip and was a lovely waiter. Great, magnificent location in Bang Tao Beach, right by the lagoon, the shopping/ restaurant district, and Canal Village where there is a convenience store.

The room was beautifully maintained & huge with movies, patio access plus great powerful showers. The breakfast was delicious and perfect with the obligatory egg station, pizza plus offerings for many different cultures, and the restaurant was reasonably priced.

Many things to mention - everything was tidy, outstanding food, great views. The breakfast was delicious and perfect: you could find bread, muffins, and pancakes. Really enjoyed the location in the main restaurant upstairs. Also, we were able to visit Green Elephant Sanctuary Park, that was 2 miles from the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

The place was clean and amazing, had fantastic staff who was one of the sweetest person we got to meet on our trip and was a lovely waiter. Its location was marvellous, adjacent to the Boat Avenue shopping mall, local shops and fantastic staff from bell boys to top management- all real stars.

The room was brand-new and good sized and we had access to a good pool. It was in the beachfront location to the local restuarants.

Superb and amazing breakfast with delicious bread, Asian offering, pizza, worth to decide on it. Magnificent location for Bang Tao Beach, close enough to main restaurant, and the shopping center or other hotels.

Interesting design of interiors in king room. Friendly check in and late check out. Very well maintained facilities, parking on-site. Stunning and incredible location for my trip. Very quiet area.

Breakfast a bit overpriced.

I was there for 4 nights and ate at casual restaurant for breakfast. The bed was soft and the balcony had awesome views of the sea. The location was beachfront, marvellous on the palm trees directly above the sun loungers.

This location was gorgeous and brilliant, short walk to fantastic staff from bell boys to top management- all real stars and restaurants and a Waitrose style supermarket. I ate at the casual restaurant near the hotel.

Nestled right on the beach with the best sunset view, this resort offers a fabulous holiday experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to the local city center and a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars within a short distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring funky bathtubs and great daybeds, perfect for relaxation. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, with exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, including wonderful bread choices.

Drinks on the resort can be quite expensive, but given the proximity to local establishments, you have the option to venture out and find more affordable options.

It was basically all right and clean. Top staff.

Too little shade - so parasols especially on the beach.

The hotel was in a beachfront setting to the nearest restaurant. Café S Cafe and Restaurant located 2 mi away was a nice surprise.

Lovely building and rooms with very comfortable bed. Amazing location, close to Hat Bang Thao. Walking distance to a local market and local markets across the street.

The room was relaxing and beautiful with seaview - we appreciated it.
